General:

☁ ONLY commission me if you are able to pay of your own ability.☁ I have the right to decline any commission order if I feel the requirements are beyond my ability or contains offensive themes.☁ You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.☁ Please be polite and respectful, I do not tolerate any harassment or rude behaviour.☁ In the event of a chargeback or any form of extortion; I have the right to publish the offender's relevant social media, PayPal email, and business-related exchanges (such as messages and invoices) as proof of breaking our Terms of Service. Personal information (such as addresses) will be redacted.☁ If I find that these terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.

Payments, Refunds, Deadlines:

☁ I will only start the commission once upfront payment has been fully made.☁ You may cancel your commission BEFORE I have started but you may not cancel it once I started or have completed the piece.☁ The Maximum time I need to finish could take up to 3 months (6 months for more complex/detailed pieces).☁ If you want to request a deadline or to be placed on priority, you will need to pay a fee depending on how fast you want it completed. Minimum deadline is 2 weeks after the order date.☁ STRICTLY NO REFUNDS. Only if your commission takes more than 5 months WITHOUT progress a refund request may be considered.☁ As the artist, I have the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time due to personal reasons or if I feel like the order is too complex for me.

Requests and Revisions:

☁ Changing references is only allowed if I haven't started your commission.☁ References are a must! They must be clear and full in colour. Failure to provide sufficient references will be charged extra for design fees.☁ Please REPLY WITHIN 1 MONTH for the your approval of the sketch, or I will assume the sketch is good as it is and will proceed to finish it. Any dissatisfaction afterwards will not be my responsibility.☁ NO MAJOR CHANGES are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.☁ After the commission, any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc.) I will correct free of charge. However, if the mistake is a result of insufficient information beforehand, I am not obliged to correct or change anything and will charge extra for any fixes.

Credits and Usage:

☁ I have FULL RIGHTS to my artwork. I do NOT allow any form of profiting, altering, tracing, or discrediting done to my work.☁ If you will post the commission, please credit me with a visible link redirecting to any of my socials!☁ My artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY! You will need to mention in forms FIRST if you plan to use the commission for Commercial use (merch, streaming, stickers, etc.) and will cost more depending its usage.☁ Non-commercial and commercial works made by me are NOT authorized for use in NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency. And I DO NOT authorize my work for use in any artificial learning programs, such as those used to create AI works.

By availing to my services you, as the client, have read and agreed to all the conditions stated on these Terms of Service.
